OPEN POSITIONS:

1️⃣ Production Staff

📌 Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee all production stages according to plans and shipment schedules.
🔹 Manage and resolve quality issues, manpower allocation, machine troubleshooting, and 5S implementation.
🔹 Prepare reports and follow up on production and quality improvement activities.
🔹 Collaborate with technical and quality departments to resolve production issues.
🔹 Apply, improve, and control department production processes.

📌 Requirements:
✔️ Male, University/College degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related fields.
✔️ Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company is preferred.
✔️ Proficiency in English or Korean is an advantage.
✔️ Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards is a plus.

2️⃣ R&D Staff (Training in South Korea)

📌 Responsibilities:
🔹 Train in South Korea to learn new production technologies.
🔹 Set up new production lines and new product development.
🔹 Communicate with customers regarding technical specifications and product drawings.
🔹 Develop and manage improvement plans.
🔹 Work with departments to resolve production and customer issues.
🔹 Provide weekly/monthly reports to the department head.

📌 Requirements:
✔️ Male, University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
✔️ Fluent in English (Korean is a plus).
✔️ Experience in R&D, production line design, or new product development (1+ year).
✔️ Ability to travel to South Korea for training.
✔️ Proficiency in design and graphic software is an advantage.

3️⃣ QA Staff

📌 Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee quality control processes (P-Chart) and final product inspection.
🔹 Ensure all products meet customer technical requirements.
🔹 Monitor non-conforming product issues and collaborate on corrective actions.
🔹 Lead quality meetings and propose improvements for product and process quality.
🔹 Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF quality management systems.
🔹 Prepare periodic quality reports.

📌 Requirements:
✔️ Male, College/University degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, or related fields.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality control.
✔️ Strong knowledge of statistics & quality management systems (ISO, IATF preferred).
✔️ Proficiency in English or Korean (Speaking & Writing).
✔️ Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
✔️ Fast learner with a strong teamwork mindset and ability to work under pressure.
